Boilers RMC provides maintenance, repair or replacement of commercial/industrial heating equipment. Our boiler preventative maintenance program can help eliminate costly downtime and result in extended equipment life. Services include fire side inspection & cleaning, checking & cleaning low water cutoffs, flue gas analysis and burner controls safety check-out. Centrifugal Chillers RMC provides maintenance and repair of all types of centrifugal chillers, including internal inspections of compressor, EDDY current testing, annual winter maintenance, oil/refrigerant analysis and conversions. Absorption Chillers RMC's services include purge maintenance, lithium bromide analysis, leak testing, EDDY current testing, pump inspections and repair. Computer Room A/C RMC provides customized Preventative Maintenance Agreements for all types of computer room A/C equipment. Services include humidifier maintenance, controls verification and calibration, electric reheat verification, coil cleaning, refrigerant charge and low ambient controls verification to assure proper operation during cold winter months. |
Chillers & Compressors RMC provides oil analysis, valve plate inspections, complete overhauls, unloader adjustment and repair for all types of reciprocating machines. Services also include cleaning, EDDY current testing, shaft seal inspections, starter overload calibration and oil analysis. Rotary Screw Compressors RMC's services include shaft seal inspections, oil pump inspection, unloader verification, oil analysis, slide valve calibration, drive shaft alignment, oil eductor operation and oil heater operation. Roof Top Units RMC provides customized Preventative Maintenance Agreements to keep your roof top units running at their peak efficiencies. Services include condenser and evaporator coil cleaning, compressor operational checks, checking refrigerant charge unit controls check-out for correct sequence of operations, inspection of heat exchangers to eliminate the possibility of carbon monoxide entering the air stream, checking for gas leaks with electronic leak detectors. Air Handling Equipment RMC provides air handling unit maintenance including belt & bearing checks, coil cleaning, damper controls verification, condensate pan cleaning, and motor control verification and coil performance. |
